FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of feeding yeast production based on aspiration fines which are gathered by aspiration systems at grain-processing and feed-milling enterprises. The method includes hydrolysis of vegetal stock heated in contact with sulphuric acid, hydrolysate neutralisation, addition of nutrient salts and yeast growing. Aspiration fines are used as raw material for the hydrolysate production. Hydrolysis is performed using a 1-5% solution of sulphuric acid during 85-95 minutes.
EFFECT: invention allows to accelerate the process of yeast reproduction during fermentation and to increase output of yeast.
