FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to milk foam production devices. The device may be used in coffee preparation apparatus and as a separate machine. The milk foam production device contains a steam generator designed so that to enable steam supply into the steam conduit, a nozzle having an inlet hole and intended for suction, a milk pipeline connected to the nozzle and designed so that to enable milk suction into the nozzle from the reservoir under suction action and an air pump intended for air supply into the steam conduit on the air inlet hole which is positioned upstream the nozzle inlet hole. According to the invention, the said device is designed to be divided in two parts, in particular, in a stationary hardware component containing the steam generator and the air pump and in a mobile nozzle component containing the nozzle and the milk pipeline; the air inlet hole is positioned inside the hardware component while the nozzle component is detachably connected to the steam conduit passing to the outside from the hardware component.
EFFECT: performance allows to simplify the nozzle design which simplifies the control and regulation technique and the device handling and maintenance.
