FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method and system to make drinks with foam from liquid concentrate with the help of dispensing machine with dosage. In one of versions foam is produced with required structure, stability and distribution of bubbles size. To produce foam of improved quality, different dosing procedures are applied, including the following two approaches: supply of foamed liquid concentrates of various concentration and production of various concentrations by changing times of water supply and/or speeds of flows.
EFFECT: invention provides for making foam of improved quality in a shorter period of time.
