FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology and procedure for achievement of high purity on surface of articles by means of dissolvents. Method includes placement of articles into tight washing chamber, removal of air from volume of washing chamber, filling volume of washing chamber with dissolvent to required level, heating of dissolvent up to working temperature, soaking for cleaning action of dissolvent. In process of soaking volume of dissolvent is blown with its hot steam for technological time τ=τ1+τ2 with mass flow rate G , where τ1- duration of dissolvent heating in washing chamber up to working temperature, s; τ2-duration of soaking in dissolvent after heating to achieve required cleaning action, Δt=t2-t1 - increase of system temperature (washing chamber, cleaned article, dissolvent) for the period of cleaning action of dissolvent, °C; - reduction of steam temperature in process of blowdown (average value), °C; t1 - temperature of system prior to blowdown with hot steam, °C; tb - blowdown steam temperature, °C; t2 - working temperature of dissolvent in process of soaking, °C; G - blowdown steam flow rate, kg/s; mc ma, md -accordingly weights of structural materials of washing chamber, cleaned article, and dissolvent, filling washing chamber, kg; cc, ca, cd- accordingly average values of thermal capacity of structural materials of washing chamber, article and liquid phase of dissolvent in the range of temperatures t1…t2, ccal/kg, °C; cs - average value of thermal capacity of dissolvent steam in range of temperatures t1…tb, ccal/kg, °C; r - average value of heat of dissolvent vapors condensation in range of temperatures t1…ts, ccal/kg.
EFFECT: method provides for increased efficiency and quality of article surfaces cleaning from soluble and mechanical contaminants due to combined thermal and hydrodynamic effect of dissolvent, forcing of dissolvent heating process due to developd surface of mutual contact of hot steam and liquid, its intense turbulent mixing in process of heating, provision of invariable liquid temperature as it achieves threshold value for the period of cleaning action with preservation of blowdown steam flow rate.
