FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for manufacturing of pipes for cassettes - panels of heat insulating screen, having higher resistance to sign-alternating bends in process of operation. Pipe has rectangular box, plate-bottom, fixed to box by means of connection of piano hinges type, and two end walls, besides pipe is filled with heat insulator, and holes are provided in vertical walls of box to tighten pipes when forming cassette-panel. Compensation of difference in heat elongation of upper part and lower part of pipe facing screened metal, is provided by the fact that box is made of two parts hingedly connected to each other on side opposite to plate-bottom, at the same time plate-bottom is arranged as integral for both parts of box. Hinged connection of box parts is arranged by means of connection of piano hinge type.
EFFECT: method is proposed to manufacture pipes for cassettes- panels of heat insulation screen.
