SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railroad transport and aims at perfecting under-car generator design. Said generator is secured on bogie frame, mounted axle components related with the generator being mutually articulated. In compliance with the first version, generator rotor flexible linkage with mounted axle incorporates elastic elements. In compliance with the second version, aforesaid linkage exploits permanent magnets and ferromagnetic element and proceeds from the principle of electrodynamic braking.
EFFECT: reduced bogie unsprung weights, higher operating performances.
