FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: base of all proposed inventions is design of carrier, in particular, its resilient or elastic-damping members which should be made in form of cone-shaped wheels oval in section. To increase efficiency of carrier modifications are introduced into swing-link suspension of vehicle, into device for preliminary cross setting of overspring beam and into shock absorbing unit. Design of suspension precludes displacement of tie-rods along bogies axis. Preliminary cross setting of overspring beam precludes nonuniform loading of resilient members of carrier and design of shock absorbing unit prevents changing resilient member preload. EFFECT: enhanced dynamic characteristics of railway vehicles, increased reliability of members proper. 31 cl, 16 dwg
