FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rail vehicles. Proposed brake comprises brake main line, air control valve, standby reservoir, brake clamp control lever gear and automatic operation device arranged on railway vehicle frame to interact with bogie sidebar plate by its thrust bearing. Automatic operation device represents a cylindrical case accommodating spring-loaded plunger with recess and thrust bearing. Said case has lengthwise channel communicated via pipeline with air control valve communicated with crosswise channels. Lengthwise axes of symmetry of the latter coincide with mating other channels also arranged in automatic operation device case. One of said channels communicates via pipeline with braking cylinder above-piston chamber, while two other channels communicate with face surface of spool-type air control valve bodies accommodating spring-loaded spool valves with L-shape channels. Lateral sides of spool-type control valves are communicated, on the one side, with standby reservoir via pressure bypass valves and, on the opposite side, with braking cylinder above-piston chamber.
EFFECT: simplified design, higher reliability.
