FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control systems for railway vehicle brakes. Braking system contains brake line, coupling hose pipes, end and disconnecting cocks, air manifold, brake cylinder, auxiliary reservoir and automatic regulator for brake linkages. The air manifold is pneumatically connected by connecting pipelines with brake line via disconnecting cock and tee-joint, with auxiliary reservoir and brake cylinder the rod of which is connected with brake shoes via automatic brake linkage regulator and linkage. The air manifold is provided with eccentric mechanism acting via movable striking piece on the spring of air manifold main part buffer piston by means of cable linkage from mechanical load sensor interacting with unsprung part railway vehicle bogie to produce mechanical control signal being converted by means of eccentric mechanism into compression of air manifold main part buffer piston spring.

EFFECT: higher braking efficiency due to providing required pressure of compressed air in brake cylinders of railway vehicle braking system in the whole range of axle loading while ensuring brake actuation and release processes timing, as well as length of brake path established as per safety specifications for railway transport traffic.
