FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: Stephania glabra Miers cells are cultivated in a bioreactor with agitation and aeration of a culture suspension by air supply through a bubbler flask. Suspension cell concentration change control and appropriate air supply allow minimising mechanical and hydrodynamic cell stress.
EFFECT: higher yield of stephaglabrine sulphate culture.
