FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to nickel alloys suitable for production of electrodes for igniting elements in internal combustion engines. Alloy contains wt %: Al 1.2-<2.0, Si 1.2 - <1.8, C 0.001 - 0.1, S 0.001 - 0.1, Cr 0.003 - 0.1 %, Mn 0.03-0.1, Cu maximum 0.1, Fe 0.02 - 0.2, Mg 0.005 - 0.06, Pb maximum 0.005, Y 0.05 - 0.15 and Hf 0.05 -0.10 or Y 0.05- 0.15 and La 0.05 - 0.10 or Y 0.05 - 0.15, Hf 0.05 - 0.10 and La 0.05 -0.10, Ni and process conditioned impurities - the rest.
EFFECT: increased service life of elements produced out of disclosed alloy due to increased resistance to electric-spark corrosion and oxidation at simultaneous high deformity and weldability.
