FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aluminum alloys and can be used in automotive industry. Sheet aluminum alloy contains, wt%: Cu 0.45–0.65, Fe 0.01–0.40, Mg 0.40–0.80, Mn 0–0.40, Si 0.40–0.7, Cr 0–0.2, Zn 0–0.1, Ti 0–0.20, trace element impurities maximum of 0.10, the rest is Al and has yield strength from 250 MPa and higher. Production method of said aluminum alloy plate includes direct-cast casting; ingot homogenization; hot rolling of ingot to produce hot-rolled strip and cold rolling of hot-rolled strip to produce sheet with final specified thickness.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at high plasticity of high-strength aluminum alloys.
