FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: pneumatic spring consists of tank (1), and of rod (4) with piston (6) and packing element (5) of rod (4) installed therein. Piston (6) forms above-piston (8) and sub-piston (9) cavities in the working cavity of tank (1). Piston (6) has a set of circular grooves (15) on side surface. Packing rings (18) are positioned in one grooves (15), while other grooves are filled with liquid packing. Cylinder cartridge (10) and sleeve (11) with through orifices (12) on side surface are installed inside recess (7). Chamber for liquid (13) communicates with grooves (15) on side surface of piston (6) by means of channels (14). Fixture element (16) with the central orifice fixes elastic cylinder cartridge (10) and sleeve (11) in recess (7). Additional valve (17) on piston (6) from the side of rod (4) charges chamber (13) with liquid.
EFFECT: raised efficiency of damping oscillations and reliability of pneumatic spring operation under continuous high loads.
