SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in placing advertisement or any other, for example regulatory information on city roads, including traffic way and pedestrian area, on squares, lawns and different pedestrian surfaces. The information presentation method uses at least one beam with divergence of not more than 1°30' to successively illuminate different areas of the surface of a pavement with area of not more than 30000 mm2. The area of the surface of the pavement is not more than 80 m2. During illumination of the entire part of the pavement, brightness of the beam is varied from maximum to not more than 50% of the maximum value. For this purpose, a device which includes at least one light source is used. The centre of the emitting hole of such a device is at a height of not more than 1.25 m and ensures that the said beam falls in the pavement at an angle of not more than 85°.
EFFECT: easier and safer use, possibility of using surfaces with different physical properties as advertising medium.
