FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to medical appliances. A brush comprises a support which is supplied with at least one line of bristles and another line of bristles. The first and second lines are parallel and adjoining each other. Each bristle of the brush has a proximal end turned to the support, and a distal end turned from the support. The first line of the bristles contains a strip. The strip extends lengthwise from the first line. The strip side is attached to the support. In the first line, the proximal ends of the bristles are attached to the other longitudinal side of the strip.
EFFECT: brush provides better separation of material, eg, tissue, and then holds the material so that it can be removed for sampling or cleaning of a subadjacent structure.
