FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mixing nozzle for a spray application device for dry spraying of concrete, particularly refractory concrete, and such a device and method for application of shotcrete, in particular refractory concrete. Technical result is achieved by the fact that mixing nozzle for spray application device for dry spraying of concrete, in particular refractory concrete, consists of: aerosol-forming agent for producing aerosol from liquid or dry freely fluid injector material and air supply, device for aerosol injection for aerosol injection, in particular at the centre, inside the flow of dry material, consisting of dry mixture, said agent for aerosol production comprises an aerosol chamber, at least one air duct extending into the aerosol chamber for conveying air supply into the aerosol chamber, in particular, in the main transportation direction, at least one channel of injector material supply, entering the aerosol chamber for injector material supply into the aerosol chamber, spray nozzle arranged at the end of the injector material supply channel for spraying the injector material into the carrier air flow in the aerosol chamber, wherein the mixing head has a partition, which has at least one air duct, preferably a plurality of, in particular, cylindrical air ducts, which pass through the partition, especially in the main transportation direction, and enter the aerosol chamber, wherein air ducts are located around nozzle longitudinal axis and are located separately from longitudinal axis of nozzle, if viewed along circle relative to longitudinal axis of nozzle, where air ducts are preferably located at equal distance from nozzle lengthwise axis and mainly in one direction from each other, as well as technical result is achieved by device for application of shotcrete concrete, which contains such mixing nozzle, and method of application of shotcrete using such mixing nozzle.

EFFECT: technical result is creation of device for application of shotcrete by method of dry spraying, in particular, refractory concrete, and creation of method of application of shotcrete concrete, at which physical properties of applied concrete should be easily and quickly adapted and optimized.
