SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of reflecting article. In particular, disclosed is a method of forming a reflecting article, comprising steps of applying a composition preventing misting, on the main surface of the reflecting substrate and then heating the reflective substrate to a temperature of about 80 °F (26.667 °C) to about 325 °F (162.778 °C) during the drying period. Anti-misting composition contains a misting prevention agent and a carrier liquid and has a solids content between about 15 wt. % and about 35 wt. % of the total weight of the anti-misting composition, and the carrier liquid contains water and a hydroxyl-containing component.
EFFECT: technical result is a wider range of equipment.
