FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of laminar radiolucent panel composed of, at least, two layers of glass-fiber material with medium layer of gas-filled gaged foam plastic. In compliance with proposed method, impregnated glass-fiber is placed in mould composed of female and male dies that follow the shape of finished article. Foam plastic is bound with external layer of glass-fiber. Foam plastic is machined to required size and panel is formed.
EFFECT: higher precision of medium; layer forming.
