SUBSTANCE: sealing composition for maintenance of bore hole, including the following components: cross-linkable material, hardener, additive that prevents water absorption, water and cement, where additive that prevents water absorption contains the following components: polymer additive that prevents water absorption, in the range from approximately 0.1% to approximately 3% by weight of sealing composition, and material in the form of particles in the range from more than 55% to approximately 70% by weight of sealing composition; and where sealing composition contains cement in the range from approximately 0% to approximately 50% by weight of sealing composition and has gelling time in the range from approximately 4 hours to approximately 12 hours. Method for production of sealing composition includes the following stages: combination of cross-linkable material, hardener, additive that prevents water absorption and water, where additive that prevents water absorption includes polymer additive that prevents water absorption, in the range from 0.1% to approximately 3% by weight of sealing composition and material in the form of particles in the range from more than 55% to approximately 70% by weight of sealing composition, and control of cement amount in sealing composition so that sealing composition has gelling time from 4 hours to 12 hours under effect of ambient temperature in bore hole.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of underground layers sealing.
