FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: roller model of tooth gear consists of pair of rollers conjugated under load and installed on different shafts equipped with drive. The roller model is also equipped with device specifying required thickness to layer of applied plastic lubricating material; the device corresponds to a scraper. The scraper is installed perpendicular to working surface of the roller; a gap between the scraper and roller surface, as well as incline angle between them are controlled.

EFFECT: obtaining more comprehensive results of gear tests.
