FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: for prevention of nickel toxic action in experimental animals in modeling of chronic poisoning natural sorbent irlits-1 in form of 6 % suspension is introduced to animals into stomach every second day through probe in amount 2.5% of body weight. Simultaneously daily introduced into stomach is solution of nickel chloride through probe in doze 25 mg/kg.
EFFECT: considerable reduction of nickel toxic action in case of chronic poisoning by reducing accumulation and increasing nickel removing from organism.
