FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental biology, ecology, and toxicology, and can be applied to studies of toxic action mechanisms of ammonium molybdate upon renal functional status. For this purpose, experimental animals are daily administered once a day with intragastric 10 % calcium chloride dose of 0.15 ml/100 g, for 50 days. At that, starting from Day 20 of experiment, animals are administered, one hour after introduction of calcium-containing solution, with intragastric ammonium molybdate dose of 50 mg/kg, based on molybdenum weight, for 30 days.
EFFECT: method provides creating such hypercalcaemia level in body, which has beneficial effect on safety of renal functional status under conditions of molybdenum intoxication.
