FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ecology, medicine, toxicology, experimental biology and can be used in investigation of mechanisms of nephrotoxic nickel effects prevention. For this purpose nanocomposite carbon modifies sorbent in form of 6% solution is introduced via probe into stomach of experimental animals in amount 2.5% of body weight. Simultaneously, daily via probe into stomach introduced are 0.25 ml of nickel chloride solution, which contains 2.5 mg of nickel, per 100 g of animal body weight.
EFFECT: specially selected regimens of nickel introduction into organism and corresponding regimens of selected sorbent introduction make it possible to study methods of prevention lesions in case of chronic toxic action of specific heavy metal.
