FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: in process of transmission and reception, random square matrix of quantised counts of speech signals is identically generated with size of m×m elements, then from one-dimensional speech signal matrix of quantised counts of speech signal is generated with size of N×N elements, which is converted to digital view on the basis of its presentation as product of three matrices. Rectangular matrix with size of N×m elements, previously formed random square matrix of quantised counts with size of m×m elements, rectangular matrix with size of m×N elements. Produced elements of these rectangular matrices are summed by module two with elements of random key matrices. Then summed elements of these rectangular matrices are transmitted to digital communication channel. Speech is recovered in reverse order: on the basis of quantised discrete counts received from channel of communication of rectangular matrices and previously generated random square matrix, matrix of recovered quantised counts of speech signal is formed with size of N×N elements, afterwards one-dimensional continuous speech signal is generated from it.

EFFECT: provides for required resistance of cryptographic protection of transmitted information with no exchange of random sequences in process of coding.
