FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: waveguide pressuring window includes dielectric plug and metal flange. For achieving the effect the dielectric plug is made in the form of rectangular plate with rounded narrow sides and vacuum-tight installed in metal flange between two membranes with resonant window in each of them to which it is tightly adjacent and with which it is coaxial. Value of membrane overlapping for wide wall of the plug does not exceed where λ - wave length in free space, ε - dielectric permeability of plug material, and height of resonant window, thickness of metal membrane, height, width and thickness of dielectric plug shall be chosen from matched condition.
EFFECT: decreasing longitudinal dimensions at simultaneous leading of resonant peak out of limits of working frequency range, and improving pressurisation reliability.
