SYNCHRONOUS INDUCTOR GENERATOR Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC H02K19/20 H02K19/16

Abstract RU 2400908 C2

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: in synchronous generator of proposed design magnetomotive force of excitation winding is used efficiently due to shortened path of magnetic flow travel, since end parts of lids do not participate in its conduction, and magnetic conductive bushing is also unnecessary. Invention makes it possible to use simpler technology of front lid making, which is standard, and to efficiently use action of air flow, since front parts of stators are in zone of blades - clawlike tips action, at the same time application of a separate fan may be avoided.

EFFECT: improved operational characteristics of generator due to reduced capacity of excitation, and improved thermal-physical characteristics of synchronous inductor generators.
