FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: generator comprises pulse transformer with mutually related primary and secondary windings, switching key, resistive (active) load; m parallel connected forming lines (m≥1), consisting of chains k of serially connected inductance coils (k≥1) and k+1 parallel connected capacitance condensers, besides each forming line is connected by its output chain to start of primary winding, and by its input chain - to source of supply and switching key, the second contact of which is connected to end of primary winding, resistive (active) load is connected to secondary winding, number of turns in which shall be reduced so that the following ratio is observed: τ/C2 >> RH, where: τ - duration of rectangular output pulse front, C2 - parasite capacitance of secondary winding, RH - resistance of resistive load.
EFFECT: enhanced broadband response of transformer device due to reduced inductance of scattering and exclusion of concentrated capacitance accumulators replaced with distributed forming lines of LC elements.
