FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: device has inner ending and outer ending, panel area, border area and stiffening element. Panel area is arranged near inner ending and has the first and second layers, between which elastomer element may be arranged. The first and second layers are joined by their face sides to each other. Border area is arranged near outer ending and has zone of element for buckling and intermediate zone. Intermediate zone is arranged between zone of element for buckling and panel area next to dividing border between panel and border areas. Stiffening element is arranged in border area and has stiffness of more than approximately 200 N/m. Part of stiffening element is arranged between the first layer and second layer and is connected to the first layer and the second layer. This part is arranged near dividing border between panel area and border area.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of buckling system.
