FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: versions of disposable diaper contain adsorbing complete set and two oppositely lying in transversal direction and passing in longitudinal direction barrier border strips. Each barrier border strip is equipped with elastic absorbing element. Upper and lower layer of barrier border strip are formed from vapour-permeable nonwoven material. Each said strip is fastened directly to surface of lower covering sheet of absorbing set. At least part of distal border of upper layer of said strip projects in transversal direction outside beyond corresponding underlying distal edge of absorbing set. Absorbing set can include absorbing core, fastened to lower covering sheet in cruciform configuration, which can be placed asymmetrically with respect to transversal axis of diaper.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows holding of body waste, in order to prevent pollution of body and clothes of person who wears them, and bed accessories or other objects, which this person contacts with.
