SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to disposable absorbing pads and is intended for use on people suffering from incontinence. Disposable waist diaper includes base and absorbing unit and is adapted as waist diaper for use in combination with supporting element worn around wearer's waist. The base comprises fixtures for use to form passages for supporting element near to belt edges in transverse direction. The base includes water impermeable rear sheet, which may be bent in transverse direction inside at its both side edges to form opposite side valves. Each side valve is fixed to inner surface of the base along its end edges. Each side valve has elastic collecting element passing in longitudinal direction and attached along its proximal edge. The base may include tensile moulded tape material. Absorbing unit may be fixed in a crosswise pattern to the base, to make it possible for unfixed sections of the base to stretch in transverse direction.

EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to prevent contamination of body and clothes of a person wearing them, and also sleeping gear and other objects, which the person wearing this diaper touches.
