SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises horizontal built-up crystalliser with a hole in its top part. Said crystalliser comprises a pair of sidewalls driven by eccentric shafts, top and bottom walls arranged on said shafts to reciprocate in horizontal plane. Device incorporates heating elements built in central parts of sidewalls and bottom wall and arranged in symmetry about crosswise plane of symmetry of sidewalls and bottom wall. Area of the heaters makes 0.2 - 0.3 of total are of the wall.
