FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method of terminal transfer of coal from train 1 to ships 10 comprises discharging gondola cars by car tipper, processing and carrying the coal to pier, loading coal continuously by shipboard loader 9 onto ships. Shipboard loader parametres are optimised with due allowance for all components of the process, ship type and size and cargo handling equipment. In-port coal transfer is performed by process line comprising belt conveyors located in series and parallel that feature transfer rate control, distributing coal flows from main distribution tower in different directions by remote control means with due allowance for accurate configuration of bulk flows. Coal is subjected to crushing by controlled-parametre hammer and roller crushers, separating ferromagnetic inclusions by belt magnetic separators. All aforesaid processes are performed in closed premises.
EFFECT: continuous transfer, environmental safety.
