FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to prevention of rupture of floor equipment by dragging or pendent articles. In compliance with this method, device to detect dragging or pendent articles is secured to transducers to be attached to slippers. Force of impact caused by dragging or pendent article is measured. Train speed is determined. Running wheel sets are counted. Obtained data is loaded into computer and processed. Weight of dragging or pendent article is defined. Car and article position in car projection are defined. Train maximum permissible speed is defined. In case it is exceeded alarm is generated to arrest dispatcher and engineman for speed to be decreased. Invention relates also to system for prevention of rupture of floor equipment by dragging or pendent articles.
EFFECT: protection of floor equipment.
