FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: relay regulator contains in each of (2m+1) channels: analog-to-digital converter (ADC), memory unit (MU), the first to the third digital comparators, pulse generator, pulse counter, trigger, multiplexer, the first and the second majority decision elements, univibrator, inverter, the first to the fourth OR elements, the first to the fourth AND elements, the first and the second EXCLUSIVE OR elements, the first and the second registers for set number Ao and AH. Set parametres of duration τd and pause τp for control signal as a function of input signal are recorded in memory unit, and relay regulator does not introduce delay in control system due to continuous comparison of actual values with set values, and due to determined relations correct operation of relay regulator is achieved when there are faults in m channels of regulator, and preset operation is achieved corresponding to control signal generation in accordance with variation of medium-value signal among all input signals. When there are pulse noise in input signal the relay regulator provides interference protection, does not generate control signal in deadband zone and does not interrupt control signal in continuous control zone.
EFFECT: reliability enhancement.
