FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: 1.0 ml of a composition is introduced in experimental animals on the 1st and 3rd days, every over a period of 6 months. The composition contains 0.4% formaldehyde and 0.4 % hydrogen peroxide in the ratio 1:1. The offered method of induced gastric carcinoma simulation enables glandular gastric carcinoma metastasising in lymphatic and blood vessels of submucosa in 100% of animals 7.5 months after the beginning of the experiment.
EFFECT: low toxicity, ease of preparation and low cost.
