FIELD: experimental medicine.
SUBSTANCE: innovation relates to the experimental medicine, veterinary and concerns the modeling of animals chemical gastritis; for the above purpose the mixture of 200 mcl of the 5 % ascorbic acid solution and meclofenamate sodium (Ketofen) (on the basis of 5 mg/kg 1 hour before feeding once per day) are administered to non-inbred white rats during 21 days.
EFFECT: method provides the creation of the model having 100% recovery rate and to the best possible effect shows the morphological picture of lesion of the stomach mucous coat under animals chemical gastritis in the veterinary practice that may be used for studies of animals gastritis pathogenesis and researching of the efficiency of new methods of treatment of this pathology.
