FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: gastropathy is simulated in nonlinear white rats by a 21-day oral introduction of the mixture 200 mcl of 5% ascorbic acid and the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug Nise 20 mg/kg, an hour before feeding once a day.
EFFECT: method provides complete reproducibility and model making most completely reflecting a morphological pattern of a gastric mucosa disorder in chemical gastritis in animals.
