FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as a wideband signal amplifier in various-purpose analog microcircuits (operating amplifiers, UPS, signal multiplexers, etc). Proposed differential amplifier (DA) comprises input differential stage (DS) (1), first (2) and second (3) inputs of which are connected with appropriate DA inputs (4) and (5) and bases of first (6) and second (7) output transistors (T), while first (8) and second (9) DS current outputs are connected to first (10) and second (11) current-stabilising bipolar transistors. Emitter of first output transistor (6) is connected with DS second current output (9), while emitter of second output transistor (7) is connected with DS first current output (8).
EFFECT: increased input impedance in wide frequency range with no deterioration in voltage gain.
