FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: differential amplifier (DA) includes input differential cascade (1) with the first (2) and the second (3) current outputs connected to the first outputs of the appropriate first (4) and second (5) auxiliary bipoles (BP) and bases of the appropriate first (6) and second (7) output transistors (T), the first (8) current-stabilising BP connected through the first output to output of the device and emitter of the second (7) output T, and through the second output to bus of the first (9) power supply (PS), the second (10) PS connected to collector of the second (7) output T; at that, the second outputs of the first (4) and the second (5) BP are connected to collector of the first T (6). Emitter of the first T (6) is connected to emitter of the second T (7), and collector of the first T (6) is connected to bus of the second (10) PS through the second (11) current-stabilising BP.
EFFECT: obtaining higher Ka at using low-ohmic resistors as load bipoles, maintaining the most important characteristics of DA prototype, which are connected to symmetric design of output transistors.
