FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: differential amplifier includes input differential stage (DS) (1) with first (2) and second (3) current outputs, first (4) current stabilising bi-pole device (SB), connected to the first (2) current output of input DS (1) and base of first (5) output transistor (T), emitter of which is connected to the second SB (6) and first (7) load circuit, third SB (8), connected to the second (3) current output of input DS (1) and base of second (9) output T, emitter of which is connected to the forth SB (10) and second (11) load circuit. In the scheme there is additional current mirror (12), base input of which is connected to first (2) current output of input DS (1), output is connected to the second (3) current output of input DS (1) and base of additional T (13), and common emitting output is connected to emitter of additional T (13) and additional SB (14).
EFFECT: increase of voltage amplification ratio by 1-2 indexes at the use of comparatively low-resistance load bi-pole devices.
