FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of on-site pouring of non-carbonated drink enriched with flavour and/or food additives. Method involves a stage providing one packaged source of a liquid previously mixed base containing one microbiologically, physically, enzyme or chemically sensitive ingredient of the drink that is not exclusively carbohydrate and an ingredient that reduces aqueous activity. The packaged liquid previously mixed base is made so to have an aqueous activity and/or contain solid matter effective for ensuring stability of storage at ambient temperature. Method involves a stage providing separately a multitude of sources of packaged fluid additives adapted for setting taste, flavour, consistency and/or nutritional value of the drink. Method involves a stage providing mixing of the liquid previously mixed base with hot or cold non-carbonated water to obtain the drink base to be poured into a cup. One additive is poured into a cup and gets mixed with the drink base in the cup.
EFFECT: invention ensures better consistency of the drink.
