FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in dividing internal space of producer between roof of formation and zone of water-oil contact with packer, in equipping well with facilities for simultaneous-separate operation of formation, in pumping formation water out below water-oil contact and from sub-packer space and in pumping product of formation from over-packer space. According to the invention the packer divides internal space of the producer leaving 50-70 % of oil-bearing section thickness above. High viscous water-oil emulsions are preliminary pumped into sub-packer space before withdrawal of water from it. Also formation water pumping out is regulated so, that it is decreased or stopped when contents of oil in it is increased above 10-20 %, thus formation product pumping out is also regulated. When contents of oil drops below 70-80 % of water amount, water pump down is decreased or stopped till product watering decreases thereby position of water-oil contact stays practically on the same level.
EFFECT: increased degree of oil stock developing at low watered oil withdrawal.
