FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: unit of conic roller bearing consists of internal ring with race directed outside, of external ring with race directed inside, of conic rolling elements positioned between internal and external races and contacting them, and of cylinder separator (80) for arrangement and alignment of roller elements. Separator (80) contains internal ring (81), external ring (83) and multitude of socket rods between ring (81) and ring (83), also multitude of support socket rods (87) between ring (81) and ring (83). Additionally, total thickness of each rod (87) is bigger, than total thickness of each rod (85). According to the second version the unit of conic roller bearing is distinguished with separator (80) as a solid structure made out of polymer material with a glass fibre filler. The third version is distinguished with each socket rod (85) having a base section attached to ring (81). Total thickness of each rod (85) is less, than thickness of the base section of rod (85); also each support socket rod (87) has the base section attached to ring (81). Total thickness of each rod (87) on bigger part of its length approximately corresponds to thickness of the base section of rod (87).
EFFECT: reduced probability of rollers alignment due to reduced vibrations of separator.
