FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: switch cell contains first energy accumulator (2) and second energy accumulator (3), which are in-series connected to each other, the first, the second, the third and the fourth power semi-conductor in-series connected switches (S1, S2, S3, S4); at that, the first, the second, the third and the fourth power semi-conductor switches (S1, S2, S3, S4) represent controlled two-directional power semi-conductor switch with controlled single-directed current transfer. The first power semi-conductor switch (S1) is connected to the first energy accumulator (2), and the fourth power semi-conductor switch (S4) is connected to the second energy accumulator (3). The third energy accumulator (4) is connected to connection point between the first and the second power semi-conductor switch (S2) and connection point between the third and the fourth power semi-conductor switch (S4). Switching element (A) with controlled two-directional current transfer is connected to connection point between the second and the third power semi-conductor switches (S2, S3) and to connection point between first (2) and second (3) energy accumulators.
EFFECT: improving reliability.
