FIELD: electric power.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power supply to auxiliary equipment of transport facilities. System for monitoring operation comprises: heating circuit (11), load capacitor (C12), distributing device (20) and switch control module (200). Distributor (20) is connected to heating loop (11) and load capacitor (C12) respectively. Switch control module (200) is connected by distributing device (20) for control of its disconnection, when heating circuit (11) is connected with on-board accumulator (5) to form a closed circuit for heating on-board accumulator (5). When heating loop (11) is disconnected from on-board accumulator (5), switch control module (200) turns on distributing device (20), and on-board accumulator (5) charges load capacitor (C12).

EFFECT: technical result consists in normalisation of heating accumulator battery and load circuit capacitor in electric vehicle.
