FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: current mirror (CM) comprises the first (1) input and first (2) output transistors (T), combined bases of which are connected to output (3) of auxiliary voltage follower (VF) (4), emitters are connected to bus (5) of supply source and emitter of the second output T (6), besides collector of the first T (1) is connected to the first output (7) of CM, and base of the second T (6) is connected to collector of the first T (2), and its collector is connected to output of CM. Circuit includes the first (8) and second (9) additional T and additional p-n transition (10), besides base of the first T (8) is connected to collector of the first T (1), and via additional p-n transition (10) it is connected to the first output (7) of CM, emitter is connected to bus (5) of supply source, base of the second T (9) is connected to the first output (7) of CM, collector is connected to the second output (11) of CM and input of auxiliary VF (4), and emitter is connected to collector of the first T (2).

EFFECT: improved output resistance.
