FIELD: radio and electronics engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio and electronics engineering and can be used as various functional units indented for amplification of analog signals, in analog microcircuit structures, e.g. in operational amplifies (OA), comparators, stabilisers, etc. Proposed current mirror (CM) comprises input transistor (T) (1) with its collector being connected to input (2) T3 and current source of signal (3). Its emitter is connected, via the 1st current-stabilising dipole (CSD) (4), with 1st bus (5) of the power supply (PS) with its output T (6) collector connected to current output (7) T3 and, via load (8), to 2nd bus (9) of PS. Its emitter is connected, via 2nd CSD (10), with 1st bus (5) of PS. It comprises also auxiliary transistor T (11) incorporated with the negative feedback circuit (NFBC). The circuit additionally incorporates the 1st and 2nd dipoles (12, 13) with common unit (14), 1st shift voltage source (SVS) connected to integrated bases of input T (1) and output T (6), 2nd SVS (16) connected to emitter of T (11) incorporates with NFBC. Note that 1st (12) and 2nd (13) dipoles connected in series are connected in between emitters of input T (1) and output T (6). Common unit (14) of the 1st (12) and 2nd (13) dipoles is connected to collector of T (11) of NFBC, its base being connected to collector of T (1).
EFFECT: higher accuracy of current transmission.
