FIELD: radio engineering; microelectronic devices for analog signal amplification and conversion.
SUBSTANCE: proposed differential amplifier has first and second input transistors 1 and 2 whose bases are connected to differential amplifier inputs 3 and 4; emitter of first transistor 1 is coupled with inverting potential input 1 of current mirror 5; emitter of second transistor 2 is coupled with noninverting potential input 6 of current mirror 5, current input 7 of the latter being connected to reference-current supply 8. Novelty is that collector of first transistor 1 and main current output 9 of current mirror 5 are connected to common-mode inputs 10, 11 of current adder 12 whose output 13 functions as differential amplifier output. In particular case current adder 12 can be built around current mirrors 14, 15.
EFFECT: enhanced common-mode signal attenuation constant.
