FIELD: communication devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used as a functional part of different devices for amplifying analogue signals, in analogue microcircuits for different functional purposes (for example, operational amplifiers, comparators). The technical outcome is increased accuracy of current transmission. The current mirror has an input (1) and an output (2) transistor with combined bases, emitters of which are connected to the bus of the first power supply (3), first auxiliary transistor (4), the base of which is connected to the collector of the input transistor (1) and the input (5) of the current mirror, first auxiliary two-terminal element (6), the first terminal of which is connected to the bus of the second power supply (7), where the collector of the output transistor (2) is connected to the output (8) of the current mirror. The circuit also includes an inverting current amplifier (9), the input (10) of which is connected to the collector of the first auxiliary transistor (4), and the output (11) to the combined bases of the input (1) and output (2) transistors and the second terminal of the first auxiliary two-terminal element (6). The emitter of the first auxiliary transistor (4) is connected to the bus of the second power supply (7) through an additional bias voltage source (12).
EFFECT: more accurate current transmission.
