FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to food industry and may be used in confectionery products production by continuous method. The device includes a plant for agar-sugar-molasses mixture production, a cooking installation connected to the plant by way of a dosing pump, an installation for removal of moisture from the syrup and a beating machine for continuous beating of the mass. Vessels for protein aqueous solution preparation and condensed milk preparation are connected to the beating machine. The beating head of the beating machine has a driven stator rotor. Pins are located on the lateral and butt-end surfaces of the rotor; during the rotor rotation these pins fit in between the stator pins located on the stator inner lateral and butt-end surfaces. From the beating machine the beaten mass is delivered via product pipelines through filling heads onto a transporter for the mass layer formation. Then the mass layer is cut into candy bodies which are glased and wrapped.
EFFECT: decrease of labour intensity of the manufacturing process and increase of the resulting product quality.
